In a wide world of wonder, where life takes its spin,
Lives Mother Nature, our majestic natural origin.
She’s been all our mothers, through ages untold,
Her stories are of life, in her memory, we’re enrolled.
But there’s endless drilling for oil, and pollution’s toxic stain,
Forest fires and deforestation, oh, what an infernal bane!
And not to mention global warming, it’s heating the very earth,
But Mother Nature’s resilient, she’s more than proved her worth.
So gather ’round, children, and please lend me your ear,
For a tale ’bout our sacred mother, it’s crystal-clear.
Though oil rigs may drill, and smoke fills the skies,
We can help Mother Nature, to our happy surprise!
We’ll clean up our mess, pick up the trash,
Mother Earth’s future, we’re gonna rehash.
With each little effort, each tree that we plant,
We’ll give her a hand, it’s what we must grant!
Reduce and recycle, that’s how we’ll begin,
Less waste, more green, let’s all unite and join in!
With each mindful step, and each sustainable day,
We’ll keep Mother Nature heal in a bountiful array.
For Earth’s been our mother, through time’s endless roam,
Our ancestors’ sacred lands, where they all made their home.
So let’s be her gentle stewards, with love and with care,
Together we’ll all thrive, on her terrestrial plane so rare.
Though challenges come, we’ll face them both you and me,
For Mother Nature is our treasure, as you can surely see.
With courage and hope, we’ll take up the holy fight,
To keep her clean, healthy, in the midst of her unjust plight!
